[VATEUD] Swap in ATC-TD Leadership

Dear Fellows,

We have some changes in the VATEUD ATC Department, firstly, Mike Welten and Nicolas Ammann have changed positions between each other, therefore we would like to congratulate Nicolas for his new position as ATC Department Team Lead and I am more than sure that Mike will continue supporting the ATC Department from his new position.
Furthermore, we would like to welcome Thorsten Raeth and Morten Jelle as the new VATEUD ATC Academy Managers. Thorsten and Morten are taking over the operations part of the ATC Department, and they are managing the vACC Support (including mentoring sessions), ATC Academic Centers, and Examinations.
