Rating Upgrades on homepage

Dear members

Unfortunately an automatic process that checks the ratings daily with the VATSIM database and updates our database is currently not working. The Tech Department has been informed but cannot fix the problem.

Therefore if your rating on the vACC Switzerland homepage is not the same as in the VATSIM database (check your current rating here: https://cert.vatsim.net/vatsimnet/status.php?id=[insert your VATSIM ID here]), please send an email to the ATC TD, including your VATSIM ID. If your rating in the VATSIM database is changed, you will receive an email. This is a good time to cross check your rating using the link above and send an email to the ATC TD.

Automatic rating upgrades should now work again (performed once a day during the night).
So your new rating should be active on our homepage latest 48hrs after your upgrade has been processed in the VATSIM-Database.
