what can i do to have my license back because it says "NOT VALID ANYMORE (you still can fly online but are not an active member of vACC-Switzerland)"

Fly during a vACC event. That's all. After 3 (?) month without a flight during a vACC event it will become invalid again.
There are no restrictions to flying with an invalid licence, as statet in your message.
