[16./17. November 2013] 9. ILS Flightsimweekend Hergiswil

Die ILS (Interessengemeinschaft Luftfahrt Schweiz) organisiert das jährliche Flightsimweekend, welches am 16./17. November 2013 in Hergiswil (NW) stattfinden wird. Das direkt am Vierwaldstättersee gelegene Seehotel Pilatus bietet eine hervorragende Möglichkeit, um Fans und Kollegen aus der Schweizer und internationalen Flugsimulations-Szene zu treffen. Diverse Aussteller werden vor Ort sein und einen interessanten Einblick in die Welt der virtuellen Aviatik bieten. Der Eintritt ist frei!

Auch die vACC Schweiz nimmt an diesem Event teil und wird im ersten Stock einen detaillierten Einblick in den Aufgabenbereich eines virtuellen ATCo geben. Sogar ein Selbstversuch als Lotse ist möglich! Einige virtuelle Piloten vor Ort werden im VATSIM-Netzwerk fliegen. Die Besucher haben damit die Möglichkeit, einen Flug sowohl aus der Perspektive eines Lotsen als auch eines Piloten mitzuerleben. Während diesen beiden Tagen wird ATC Service an verschiedenen Schweizer Flughäfen angeboten werden.

Zusätzlich werden Präsentationen über die Zukunft der Flugsimulation, die Entwicklung von flugsimulationsspezifischer Software als auch eine Einführung in die virtuelle Flugsimulation mit VATSIM angeboten.

Besuche uns entweder in Hergiswil und treffe Freunde von VATSIM, der vACC Schweiz und der Flugsimulations-Szene oder fliege virtuell in die Schweiz!

The ILS (interest group Swiss aviation) organises the yearly Flightsimweekend which will take place at 16/17 November 2013 in Hergiswil (NW). The location at Seehotel Pilatus near the lake of lucerne offers a good opportunity to meet fans and colleagues of the Swiss and international flight simulation scene. Various exhibitors will be there and offer an interesting view into the world of virtual aviation. Admission is free!

Also vACC Switzerland is participating at the event and will offer a detailed view of the tasks of a virtual ATCo on the first floor. You can even test your skills yourself! Some virtual pilots at the side will join the VATSIM network, the visitors can have a look both from the controllers and from the pilots side. ATC service will be provided during both days at different airports in Switzerland.

Additionally, there will be some presentations about the future of flight simulation, the development of software and also an introduction to the virtual flight simulation using VATSIM.

Join us either at Hergiswil and meet friends from VATSIM, vACC Switzerland and the flight simulation scene or fly virtually to Switzerland!
