Liebe Kollegen,

für unser regelmäßiges Event immer am letzten Sonntag des Monats haben wir uns in Zentralafrika diesmal etwas ganz anderes als sonst einfallen lassen. Die Einladung findet Ihr weiter unten.

Es würde mich sehr freuen, Euch am Sonntag bei uns im vLuftraum begrüßen zu können.

VATCAF goes Oceanic!

And now for something completely different... Vatsim Central Africa proudly presents it's next major event: VATCAF goes Oceanic! Expect Accra DGAA and Libreville FOOL to be fully staffed. But most important: Prepare for Non-Radar-Control on your way from Ghana's to Gabon's capital or vice versa! The route crosses Oceanic airspace, so pilots and controllers will have to work with position reports. Obviously, this might also be a good training opportunity for the next Cross the Pond! Just in case you prefer some longhaul flights, we'll also staff AFRC_FSS covering whole Central Africa from FL130 on. See you in Africa!
