Liebe Freunde

Wir laden euch ein, am ersten Geburtstag des Vereins vACC Schweiz dabei zu sein

am Sonntag, 7. April 2013, 1100 (lcl)

im Sitzungszimmer der Firma Vischer und Bolli, Dübendorf.
Die GV wird ausserdem live auf Teamspeak übertragen.
Mitglieder, die nicht vor Ort dabei sein können, erhalten so die Möglichkeit, an der GV teilzunehmen.

• Begrüssung
• Wahl der Stimmzähler, Feststellen der Präsenz
• Berichte aus den Departments
• Finanzen
• Wahlen
• Anträge
• Ausblick
• Divers

Gemäss Statuten haben die Aktivmitglieder Stimm- und Wahlrecht. Als Aktivmitglieder gelten diejenigen, welche zum Zeitpunkt der GV im vorhergegangenen Monat entweder an mindestens einem Event der vACC Schweiz mitgeflogen sind oder mindestens eine Stunde aktiv ATC geboten haben.
Es ist also noch an der Zeit, den Mitgliederstatus (wieder) zu erlangen!

Invitation to the 1st General Assembly of the vACC Switzerland Association

Dear friends

We kindly invite you to assemble for the first anniversary of the vACC Switzerland association

on Sunday, April 7th, 1100 (lcl)

in the meeting room of Vischer und Bolli, Dübendorf.
The meeting will be broadcast live on Teamspeak, too.
Members who haven't the possibility to join on site will have the occasion to attend the meeting on that way.

• Election of vote counters, assessment of attendance
• Departments' reports
• Financial
• Elections
• Requests
• Prospects
• Miscelaneous

According to our bylaws, active members have the right to elect and vote. A member is considered active when he has - at the starting time of the General Assembly - either been flying at one event in the last month or has been controlling for at least one hour during the last month.
So, there's still time to update your member state again!
