Hallo Zusammen
Wie ihr sicher festgestellt habt, gibt es ein kleines Problem mit den Bookings. Diese werden zwar von dem externen Server angenommen, jedoch nicht mehr in die auf der Homepage publizierte Booking-Liste eingetragen. Somit werden unsere Bookings nur bei uns im internen Bookingsystem angezeigt (wo wir die Buchungen erfassen), was einen markanten Trafficeinbruch zur Folge hatte (die Piloten denken bei uns ist nix gebucht, dabei haben wir "Fullhouse").

Was soll ich tun wenn mein Booking intern erfasst wurde aber nicht in der Liste erscheint?
Bitte editiere dein Booking und speichere es nochmals. Falls das nichts gebracht hat kurz die Uhrzeit um +-15min ändern, damit ein Update erfolgen muss.

An der Lösung des Problems wird gearbeitet, in der Zwischenzeit kann jeder selbst dazu beitragen, dass wir Traffic haben.

As you've probably noted, there is a small problem with the booking system. Bookings are accepted by the external server but they don't appear in the booking list on our web site. So, our bookings are only visible in our internal booking system (i.e. where we enter our bookings) which had a significant traffic drop to follow (pilots think we can't provide a good staffing).

What should I do if my booking doesn't appear in the list?
Please edit your booking and save it again. If nothing happend you should try to change the time +- 15min (so the server must update your booking). Thereafter the booking should be displayed as usual.

Of course I try to fix this problem, in the meantime everyone can help to ensure that we've got enough traffic.
