Erklärung des Staffs gemäss Entscheid vom 10. Januar 2011

Anlässlich des heutigen Meetings stellte der Staff fest, dass es in diesem Forum zu einer Verletzung des Urheberrechts gekommen ist. Verstösse gegen das Urheberrecht werden im Forum nicht toleriert.

Der Staff fällt daher folgende Beschlüsse:

1) Die entsprechenden Postings werden vollständig aus dem Forum entfernt. Gegen das Urheberrecht verstossende Inhalte sollen nicht durch uns verbreitet werden können.

2) Gegen das entsprechende Mitglied wird eine Strafe ausgesprochen. Diese wird dem Mitglied persönlich mitgeteilt und nicht öffentlich kommuniziert.

3) Der Staff ruft allen Benutzern dieses Forums nochmals eindringlich die Forenregeln zu diesem Thema in Erinnerung. Verletzungen dürfen und wollen wir nicht tolerieren.

4) Dieser Entscheid wird in dem Teil des Forums publiziert, in dem die Urheberrechtsverletzung begangen wurde.

Statement by the staff according to a ruling from January 10th 2011

At the occasion of today's staff meeting, it has been determined that a violation of copyright and intellectual property rights has occured in this forum. Violations of copyright laws will not be tolerated on this board.

The staff rules as follows:

1) The postings in question will be removed. We will not offer ourselves to spreading contents that violate copyrights.

2) Sanctions have been taken against the member in question. The involved will be informed in private and the disciplinary measures not publicly communicated.

3) The staff reminds all users of this board of the regulations existing in this area. Copyright infringements can and will not be tolerated.

4) This announcement shall be postet in the part of the forum where the copyright violation took place.
