    Default Unable to log in to servors

    Hi all

    When I try to go online with ES I get the error "Invalid CID/Password".

    I have checked that I am using the correct data, they are still valid but the servors do not grant me access. As it is not possible to select another servor (available options are either automatic or sweatbox) I am unable to connect.

    Any advice please on the cause of the error and/or solution?

    Hi Andy,
    confirm your credentials work out for other vatsim services e.g.. https://stats.vatsim.net - or your pilot client?

    If the answer is negative, I'd suggest to simply set a new password on https://my.vatsim.net instead of search ghosts.

    Hi Andy

    As HP stated, have you checked if it works on other VATSIM services? I have never seen the issue that the password worked there but not with Euroscope.

    What I could possibly imagine is that you maybe have an outdated ES Version. VATSIM and ES changed the authentication Process this summer. I don't know which error message will show up if you try to connect to the service with an old version but I could imagine that this message might show up? So which version are you using?

    Thanks guys.
    I have realised that it is due to the change of version with the new authentification process. I have already updated my profile but used the old ES link instead of the new one.
    It seems to be fine now with the correct link
