    Default Unable to connect in Euroscope

    Hi all,
    I'm very new to Vatsim and yesterday I tried setting up Euroscope. If I try connecting to a Server as an OBS, I always get the Error "Invalid CID/password". I tried connecting with different servers. I copy-pasted and wrote pw and CID myself. I also checked the capital letters. Unfortunately nothing worked. Do you have any solution for me?

    I guess you have done the new members orientation course? If so, sometimes it needs some time to update the new members to the servers, maybe if you try again tomorrow it will suddenly work.

    Thx for the reply. I did the orientation course on friday, but I'll try tomorrow again.

    Does logging in work on any of the pilot clients?

    I actually haven't installed any pilot client, as I was only planning on learning to control for the moment.

    Did you try to reinstall Euroscope?
    Just to make shure it isn't an issue from software side.

    I did a complete reinstall of Euroscope. So it shouldn't be a software issue, unless I missed something.

    Which password have you used? One is sent to you via email in the registration process when starting on VATSIM. (I'm not sure, but I read, that nowadays you have to set a new password shortly thereafter. If so, did you make sure, that you have entered the renewed password?). Are you able to login onto websites such as my.vatsim.net? And just to make sure, you cannot login with the password from vACC Switzerland.
    Other than that, there always is the possibility of having an extra space character due to copying your password. Maybe you have not yet checked on that.

    If none of the above aplies, then you might want to check out the website of vatsim support: https://support.vatsim.net/
    Take a look at the FAQ section and if no option works for you, open a ticket on that website.
