The latest navigraph database does not contain the SIDs ZUE 2M (RWY 32) and ZUE 2G (RWY 34). It is unclear at which AIRAC date these procedures were removed. Navigraph has not provided an explanation yet, but is investigating the issue. Pilots using an updated navigraph database may not have ZUE 2M and ZUE 2G available.
Pilots
Report unable if you are assigned an SID you cannot find in your FMC. Provide ATC with a reasoning and ask for an alternative clearance.
Controllers
Coordinate alternative clearances (ZUE 3L, ZUE 5F, or vectored departure if no other option is suitable) with the departure controller. Remind the departure controller again before you allow the aircraft to depart.
