I like the DC-3, but that plane is a little too shiny for my personal preference

Hello, sorry, it is the only livery that I have to use correctly for SWR DC3, thanks.

Today I will fly a route that has not been flown yet in DLHansa virtual: Zurich <-> Manchester, historical SWR route in DC-3.

The briefing expects a 5 hour flight. I believe I can do it in maybe less than 4 hours. I will post here the photos and let you know how long it took.

After Manchester I will fly to Belgrade from Zurich, to finish the last historical Swissair DC-3 route that has not yet been flown in DLHansa virtual.

I will be using the callsign "Swissair" while flying the DC-3. I believe it is the most coherent choice of callsign, since it is a historical flight.

    Cheers.

As announced, just finished the Zurich <-> Manchester historical SWR Route, 3h43m, radio navigation only, offsetting the direct headings to VORs on the side of shortening the length of flight, and mostly around 8000ft to keep 19 passengers well oxigenated...

Typical british weather on arrival Manchester.

Fortunate to find EGCC ground controller, accomodate the Tail Dragger DC-3 into TATON light aircraft parking area, taking much of the space.

    Cheers.
