We would appreciate your vote for Zurich (LSZH/ZRH). You already voted and didn't select Zurich? No Problem Just sumbit the form again with LSZH and everything is fine.

Everything will be a little different for pilots this year. You can read all changes in this information. Bookings will open tonight at 20:00z! They will stay open for 7 Days and then maybe you will get your slot. Read it all in the announcement above.

The CTP Planning team is pleased to announce that the airport voting for Cross the Pond Eastbound 2022 has now opened. VATSIM members can now vote for their top airports until 13th September 2000 UTC via the CTP website.
Members can vote for their 1st, 2nd and 3rd favourite choice on either side of the ocean, earning that airport 5, 3 and 2 points respectively. The Planning Team of the event will then meet with the user’s vote to include your favourite airports and occasionally a choice of their own.

A full list of the airports available on each side of the ocean are listed at the end of my post. I would like to welcome some new geographical areas to our voting, to include airports in South America (Brazil and Venezuela) and Africa (Morocco and South Africa) for the first time.

I still wonder how they're planning to staff all those additional OACCs if they don't even manage to have Shanwick and Gander filled consistently for CPT

As you have seen, the airports were already announced a week ago and now the slot lottery system is ready to join. If you want to participate in CTP as a pilot, please state your interest on the CTP Website. You will find some further Information about the slot lottery system in this VATSIM Forum post.

Furthermore the VATUK staffed is always interested in Oceanic controllers. If you want to apply, feel free to visit www.vatsim.uk/visit-transfer.

Like last CTP, from what I can tell there will be a south atlantic crossing in addition to the north atlantic ones, so one South America - Africa city-pair in addition to the Europe - North America ones
