Hallo zusammen!

Ich habe diese Woche von Michael die Aufgabe als vACC Leader operationell übernommen.

Als erstes möchte ich Michael ganz herzlich für seinen Einsatz als Leader danken und hoffe ihn für eine andere Aufgabe im Staff begeistern zu können.
Natürlich auch ein grosses Danke dem ganzen vACC-Team, für die unzähligen Stunden, die ihr in unseren Verein investiert.

Unser Verein lebt von euch; den Piloten, Controllern, Mentoren, dem Staff, eben von allen Mitgliedern. Daher ist es mir wichtig, dass wir eine offene Kommunikation und Feedbackkultur untereinander pflegen und dass neue Ideen oder Inputs angebracht und weitergedacht werden. Falls ihr also Ideen habt, sei es die Organisation von Events, das Mitwirken im Training Departement, die Durchführung eines vACC Gruppenfluges oder was immer euch Spass bereiten würde, zögert nicht einen Foreneintrag zu posten oder euch direkt beim jeweiligen Departement zu melden.

Unser Teamspeak wird nicht mehr ganz so rege genutzt, wie ich das zu meiner Anfangszeit in Erinnerung habe. Gerade für neue Mitglieder ist TS oft der erste Kontakt mit der VATSIM-Welt bzw. der vACC Schweiz. Um diesen Einstieg zu erleichtern und unser Hobby mit Gleichgesinnten zu teilen, würde ich mich freuen TS wieder belebter zu sehen. Eventuell entstehen so ja wieder diese spontanen Gruppenflüge und ATCO-Nachmittage welche mir immer eine Riesenfreude bereitet haben.

Ich freue mich auf die kommenden Stunden mit euch im Cockpit oder hinter dem Radarschirm.
Lasst uns VATSIM weiterhin mit der bekannten Schweizer Qualität und vor allem viel Freude begeistern.

Hi there!

Since this week I operationally took over the duty as vACC Leader from Michael.

First of all I would like to thank Michael very much for his commitment as leader and hope to be able to inspire him for another task in the staff.
Of course a big thank you as well to the entire vACC-team, for the countless hours you invest in our club.

Our association lives from you; the pilots, controllers, mentors, the staff, simply all members. That is why it is important to me, to live an open communication and feedback culture, and that new ideas are welcome and can be developed further together. So if you have any ideas, be it organizing events, working in the training department, planning a vACC group flight or whatever you would enjoy contributing to our community, do not hesitate to post your idea in the forum or report directly to the respective department.

Our TeamSpeak is not anymore as actively used as I remember it from my early days at vACC Switzerland. Especially for new members, TS is often the first contact with the VATSIM world or our association. In order to facilitate this entry and to share this hobby within our community, I would love to see TS again to be more active. I certainly try to be more in TeamSpeak during flights or just to join a nice conversation with aviation enthusiasts. So maybe we will see again, these spontaneous group flights and ATCO afternoons which were always great fun for me.

I look forward to more fun hours with you in the cockpit or behind the radar screen.
Let us continue to inspire VATSIM with the well-known Swiss quality and, above all, a lot of joy.
