Einladung zur 6. Generalversammlung des Vereins vACC Schweiz

Liebe Mitglieder

Wir laden euch zur Generalversammlung des Vereins vACC Schweiz ein am

Donnerstag, 03.05.2018, 20:00 Ortszeit

im TS. Weitere Angaben zu den technischen Details folgen später.

Gemäss Statuten haben die Aktivmitglieder Stimm- und Wahlrecht. Als Aktivmitglieder gelten diejenigen, welche zum Zeitpunkt der GV in den vorangegangenenen drei Monaten an mindestens einem Event der vACC Schweiz mitgeflogen sind oder mindestens eine Stunde aktiv ATC geboten haben.
Es ist also noch an der Zeit, den Mitgliederstatus (wieder) zu erlangen!

Anträge zur Generalversammlung müssen bis spätestens Donnerstag, 19.04.2018 23:59 UTC per Mail an leader@vacc.ch gestellt werden. Sie werden sofort nach Eingang und Prüfung durch den Staff im Forum veröffentlicht.
An der Versammlung können nur zu traktandierten Themen Beschlüsse gefasst werden.

• Wahl der Stimmenzähler
• Genehmigung des letzten Protokolls
• Berichte der Departments

We kindly invite you to the general assembly of the vACC Switzerland association

Thursday, 03.05.2018, 18:00 UTC

on TS. Further information on the technical details will follow in due time.

According to our bylaws, active members have the right to elect and vote. A member is considered active when he has - at the starting time of the General Assembly - either been flying at one event in the last three months or has been controlling for at least one hour during the last three months.
So there's still time to gain your member state (again)!

Requests to the General Assembly must be transmitted by mail to leader@vacc.ch before Thursday 19.04.2018, 23:59 UTC. They will be published immediately after being checked by the staff on the board.
The meeting will decide only on topics which are set on the agenda.
