Einladung zur 4. Generalversammlung des Vereins vACC Schweiz

Liebe Mitglieder

Wir laden euch zur Generalversammlung des Vereins vACC Schweiz ein

Sonntag, 20.03.2016, 1030 Ortszeit

in der Firma Vischer und Bolli, Dübendorf.
Die GV wird ausserdem live im TS übertragen. Mitglieder, die nicht vor Ort dabei sein können, erhalten so die Möglichkeit daran teilzunehmen.

Gemäss Statuten haben die Aktivmitglieder Stimm- und Wahlrecht. Als Aktivmitglieder gelten diejenigen, welche zum Zeitpunkt der GV in den vorangegangenenen drei Monatenan mindestens einem Event der vACC Schweiz mitgeflogen sind oder mindestens eine Stunde aktiv ATC geboten haben.
Es ist also noch an der Zeit, den Mitgliederstatus (wieder) zu erlangen!

Anträge zur Generalversammlung müssen bis spätestens Sonntag, 21.2.2016 2359 UTC per Mail
an leader@vacc.ch gestellt werden. Sie werden sofort nach Eingang und Prüfung durch den
Staff im Forum veröffentlicht.
An der Versammlung können nur zu traktandierten Themen Beschlüsse gefasst werden.

We kindly invite you to the general assembly of the vACC Switzerland association

Sunday, 20.03.2016, 0930 UTC

at the premsises of Vischer und Bolli, Dübendorf.
The meeting will as well be broadcasted live on TS. Members who can't join on site will therefore have the opportunity to attend as well.

According to our bylaws, active members have the right to elect and vote. A member is considered active when he has - at the starting time of the General Assembly - either been flying at one event in the last three months or has been controlling for at least one hour during the last three months.
So there's still time to gain your member state (again)!

Requests to the General Assembly must be transmitted by mail to leader@vacc.ch before
Sunday Feb 21st, 2359 UTC, 2016. They will be published immediately after being checked by
the staff on the board.
The meeting will decide only on topics which are set on the agenda.
