When the opportunity presents itself to reach across seas and pair up airports which have not, in recent VATSIM history, been matched, it is very hard to refuse, especially when both the origin and the destination of this journey represent beautiful and historical landmark hubs in their own right. If you would like to participate in a unique and scenic event, then this trek from Algiers (DAAG) to Geneva (LSGG) in the early evening of the 20th of June is a "can't miss" event.

Depart from Algiers from 16:00z to 18:00z, and enjoy a climb over the turquoise Mediterranean. Be sure to gaze over the stunning views of Sardinia and Corsica, culminating in a low and complex approach over the Alps into Geneva, the fan-favourite lakeside destination from 17:30z to 20:00z. Along the way, experience the guidance of a proficient and pleasant team of dedicated controllers eager to make your journey as safe and enjoyable as possible.
