vACC Barbecue 2025

Dear Members

After several successful edition of our vACC Barbecue we want to host it again this summer and therefore looking for a date which suits most people. TThe vACC Barbecue is for socializing only and does not contain any official part, Just Fun and good talks ;-)

The Barbecue will be held at Baden or Würenlos which is close to Baden. Würenlos is preferred for logistical reasons for organisation. As this location is quite booked there will only be two options this time.

I would like to ask you to fill out the poll as quickly as possible to get a short overview on availability before I make the reservation.

Considering that both possible dates are on weekends in summer I'll abstain from voting since I'm about equally unlikely to make either of them

Will most likely already be abroad. if my expatriation is delayed i will join last minute.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for me to participate. Have fun!

I'm happy to finally confirm the date, time and location!

Date: Saturday 2nd August
Time: Doors open from 15:00lcl time
Location: Forsthaus Tägerhard, Würenlos - short walk from Train Station Würenlos
Parking: No Parking at the Forsthaus but at the street with a short walk

As usual, most of the food and drinks will be organized and we will cover it with the donations. For salads and desert we appreciate if some people could bring some, this will be coordinated with the registration.

I will set up the registration in the upcoming weeks, until then make sure to save the date in your agenda!

Registration for our vACC Barbecue 2025 are now possible! Please make your registration trough this form until 30. July 2025.

If your availability change, please drop a mail to ramon.balimann@vacc.ch.

You are welcome to distribut a salad, side dish or dessert to our buffet. However, please state it in the form. I will contact you when closer to the barbecue for coordination to minimize food waste / leftovers.
