Best practice on enhancing sector throughput

Enjoy the presentation from Skyguide about conflict detection tools, including MTCD and what-if functionalities. It provides a compact overview of the development from the past 20 years and an outlook about future development. It also provides some insights what problem solving skills and technical solutions are used.
